At Audien Hearing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in unworn condition.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
